These Terms and Conditions govern the purchase of products and services from Leware IT Ltd. By placing an order with us, you agree to comply with these terms.

Leware IT Ltd supplies printers, printer accessories, toner cartridges, ink cartridges, spare parts, and provides printer maintenance and repair services in Rwanda.

3. Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in Rwandan Francs (RWF) unless otherwise stated. Full payment must be made before delivery or service completion unless agreed otherwise in writing.

4. No Return Policy

All sales are final. Leware IT Ltd does not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds once products have been purchased and delivered.

Customers are advised to carefully confirm product specifications and compatibility before placing an order.

5. Warranty

Warranty is only applicable where specifically stated and follows the manufacturer’s warranty terms. Warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, improper installation, or unauthorized repairs.

6. Service Terms

For repair and maintenance services, customers agree to provide accurate information regarding the equipment issue. Leware IT Ltd is not responsible for data loss during servicing.

7. Limitation of Liability

Leware IT Ltd shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services.

Leware IT Ltd reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.
